You can pay off your loan by calling the OHecu Member Service Center at 216-621-6296 or 800-552-6328 option 7.  Fees may apply.

You will receive an email confirmation for all payments processed via self- service portal and Member Service Representatives.

To register through the Self Service portal you will need your member number, email address and last four digits of your Social Security number. You can also make payments as a guest without registering by using the Express Pay option.

To make a payment via the Self Service Portal or with a Member Service Representative you will need your checking account number and your financial institution's routing number for an ACH payment. You can also pay with your VISA or Mastercard debit card. Please note that due to consumer protections, a credit card cannot be used to submit a loan or lease payment.

You can make payments on personal loans, auto loans, other titled loans, and lines of credit using these new features. You cannot make a payment to your OHecu VISA Credit Card.

If you have an OHecu vehicle lease, you may also use this service to make your lease payment.

Payments made by 5 p.m EST will be processed next business day with an effective date of the date received. Payments may take 1- 3 business days to appear on your other financial institutions account. You will receive a confirmation email with the date details.

OHecu incurs additional expenses for processing loan payments from accounts at other financial institutions.
